PseudoSue Pale Ale

Pale Ale – 5.8% ABV, 50 IBUs

This single hop pale ale showcases the Citra hop for a well balanced beer that is delicate in body with a mild bitterness in the finish.

She roars with ferocious aromas of grapefruit, citrus, mango and evergreen. pseudoSue’s unique and addictive taste is clean and bright with just enough bite!

  1. Due to travel conditions, we didn’t get to make it to the taproom over Christmas to fill up our growlers; I am having some serious pseudoSue withdrawal. When are you bottling or establishing any taps in Minnesota?

    • Hi Mandy!

Soon, very soon! Sorry we missed you over Christmas. The floor is being finished and bottling line delivered soon. We’ll be bottling before you know it!

  2. For those of you who dont get my newsletter,I awarded Pseudo Sue the distinguished “Best New Beer I tried in 2012″ Award.I tried over 100 new beers for the first time last year, and this was the one I judged the most excitingly distinguishable. Loved it so much I got a small crew together and made a trip to Decorah just to procure a growler.

  3. Thanks for making the trip to St Louis, TG. For me, your Pseudo Sue was the highlight of the 4 Hands Lupulin Carnival. Extremely impressed.
