Assassin 2026 | June 27th
This barrel-aged stout spends over a year in barrels, sometimes closer to two, to create one killer brew. Featuring notes of bourbon, warmth in each sip and washes over a fudge chocolate base.
Beer DETAILS
Ticket holders are eligible to purchase one set of (2) 22oz bottles of 2026 Assassin. Cost of the bottle set is $100 plus tax and bottle deposit. Bottles are payable by credit card ONLY during your scheduled session date and time.
Please bring a cooler or bottle bag to keep your beer safe and prime. We will have bottle bags available for purchase during the release.
Tickets go on sale Wednesday, may 13th @ 10AM CT on a first come, first serve basis until sold out

Rules
Saturday, June 27th, 2026 @ 11 am - 3 pm
NO PROXIES:
You must redeem your ticket in person with a valid ID that matches the ticket name and your face to make the purchase. No exceptions.
TICKET NAMES:
The ticket name must MATCH the name and email you used when purchasing the ticket. The ticket list will be audited prior to the release. Tickets not matching our list will be voided.
ONE TICKET PER PERSON:
We will enforce this policy. We will audit the ticket sales and void duplicate tickets prior to the release.
BOTTLE PICK UP:
All Ticket holders will purchase and pick up their Assassin 2026 bottles at our east side dock area on Saturday, June 27th, during your designated time. Signs will be in place to guide you to this location.
General Taproom Information
The taproom will be open to the general public.
The taproom will be open from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Saturday. The kitchen closes at 9:00 PM. Please see a host for seating. During lunch and dinner hours, we do anticipate longer than normal wait times. You must be on the waiting list to get a table.
