Steamship – Bone-in beef round, slow-roasted with smoked pepper rub. Freshly carved and served with slider buns and an optional horseradish cream and blue cheese crumbles.
Eggs Benny- House-made lemon zest and sriracha Hollandaise sauce, poached egg, tomato and avocado on a toasted English muffin.
Crème of Angels French Toast – Caramel baked French toast with crème glaze drizzled on top.
Warm buttermilk biscuits topped with TG’s original Naughty 90 sage sausage gravy. This is by far a customer favorite!
