Keg Request Form

This is a request only; purchase and ID verification occur at pick-up.

• You must be 21 or older to purchase

• Please allow 72 hours for processing. Requests submitted on Fridays will be available for pick-up no earlier than the following Tuesday.

• A $125 deposit per keg is due at pick-up. Deposits are forfeited if the keg is not returned within 120 days.
